About Suzanne MacDonald-Lantigua

I moved to beautiful Arizona 9 years ago, as a widow. It was time for me to find a new normal and I found it right here in Arizona. I rented a home in Sun Lakes a 55+ community and began my new life. I am also an artist and have shown nationally and internationally for the past 30 years. I love music, dancing, golf, hiking, and cooking. One of the areas I specialize in is the 111 resort-like retirement communities in Arizona because I know how much fun they can be!

I also specialize in helping to sell your home or to find the homes of your dreams in Arizona, aside from the 55 + communities.

About Wilfredo Lantigua

I’m a 20 Year Air Force veteran who also completed a 19 year career with The Boeing Company. What I learned about myself is I love people! I decided to join my wife in the world of Real Estate. I also teach Real Estate to new and experienced realtors.

I believe my role is to walk with you through the exciting journey of a new home, not to sell you a home. A house sells itself, you’ll know it when you see and feel it. Its an exciting process and I’m humbled to be a part of it.
